MedPlus Staffing has been accredited by the Joint Commission and received their Gold Seal of Approval.
If an individual has any concerns about patient care and safety at MPS that has not been addressed, he or she is encouraged to call the Administrator. If the concerns cannot be resolved through MPS, a complaint may be submitted to the Joint Commission by calling 1-800-994-6610 or emailing complaint@jcaho.org.
